The hotel is perfect for a family vacation with young kids. Enjoy a variety of activities with friendly staff and a water park. the food is fantastic and includes four delicious meals. Rooms are kept clean and towels are neatly folded into animals.

Some areas of the hotel remain outdated and not suitable for elderly guests with mobility issues.

Excellent service from staff, particularly Luciano and Marcos who treated me very nicely. The food was diverse and delicious. Housekeeping was great, towels were folded into different animals. The activity schedule for families with young kids was very generous and the pool/water park was enjoyable.

Located in a peaceful countryside area, this hotel offers a perfect getaway for couples looking for a romantic escape. the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast is diverse and generous. the pool area is fantastic, with many attractions for leisure and fun. We also enjoyed the bowling alley and friendly staff.

The hotel could improve its accessibility for people with disabilities. Some areas are not updated and may feel old-fashioned.

I recently stayed at this 4-star hotel and had an amazing time. The location was perfect, with beautiful views all around. The staff here were incredible, providing top-notch service and always with a friendly smile. The room amenities were luxurious, especially the mini-bar that was fully stocked and the room service that was prompt and delicious. The dining experience was exceptional, with a wide variety of mouthwatering dishes to choose from. The bar/lounge area was the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy a refreshing drink. And let's not forget the breakfast spread, it was simply divine!

The activities offered for kids and the friendly staff made the trip quite enjoyable. There was a lot of space for us to have fun and the food was good enough for the price. The best part about the resort was the pool area, where we spent most of our time. We also liked the location, surrounded by nature, which allowed for some lovely views of trees and birds.

The lack of accessibility for people with disabilities was a major issue. The terrain was full of obstacles, and the ramps to the pool area were steep and dangerous.
